our brief was to manufacture and manage the roll-out of a variety of in-store Point of Sale materials and large format window displays for the 161 Kathmandu stores across Australia and New Zealand.
We produced and distributed everything from price point directionals and free standing POS display
to window decals and large hanging banners to recreate the visual grandeur of the great outdoors and successfully managed all campaign elements to ensure Kathmandu remained at the cutting edge of visual merchandising across all of their ANZ stores.
