As the longest continuously operating department store in the world, David Jones is Australia’s leading premium retailer. We were excited to join forces with their VM team to create large 3D numbers to decorate stores for the celebrations. At the flagships, freestanding moments were elevated with a chrome-bevelled face supported by an MDF structure concealed with multiple layers of foam.
Complementing the in-store experience, we produced a print pack for all stores, with small 3D yellow cakes for museum cases. Our team worked on the industrial design and fabrication of the large signage to ensure the delivery and installation ran smoothly. We did a tier two version of the numbers, using Kapa boards for a cost-effective rollout.
