Lush engaged us to help bring back the magic of shopping in a flagship store with meaningful experiences and brand interactions. They felt we deserved more than the colourless, scent-free world that left us feeling drab and drained over the last few years. Aligned with their ‘out of this world’ holiday campaign, we created areas that expanded your inner space and explored a galaxy of explosive colour and nostalgia, comforted in a scent that goes far beyond the ordinary.
We were challenged to take over the whole store in QVB and an activation zone at Melbourne Central. Our transformative touch was everywhere – from reimagining counters to crafting immersive spaces, deploying lift-and-learn technology for customer education, and infusing the stores with elements to elevate the overall shopping journey. Our creative minds developed the concept, design, production print, handcrafting, and installation.
We received amazing feedback from the LUSH team.
