Inspired by an overseas trip, Peter challenged us to create a traditional Christmas village that represented the playful values of his business. Our talented illustration team designed a street escape filled with storytelling, with The Hotel Grand Alexander as the centrepiece. The fantasy continues with a Puppychino Cafe and pets singing Christmas carols to hero the dogs of Alexander.
The concept was hand drawn and brought to life as actual sketches, creating a cheerful scene and inviting visitors to continue the journey inside the store, where we treated gondolas and wardrobes with campaign elements.
Our team prototyped the custom 3D houses locally and offshore manufacturing incorporated foliage, illumination, backdrops, and artificial snow. We rolled out the activation to 150 windows throughout Australia and New Zealand, providing a detailed install guide for the staff to assemble it at 118 stores.
