HOW DOes COATES HIRE USE THE PORTAL?
We use the portal to enable ordering of all printed material for our branches and head offices across Australia. This includes marketing collateral, stationery, business cards and promotional merchandise.
WHAT WASN’T WORKING?
We had an existing portal but it was clunky and difficult to use. As a result, our regional head offices were using individual print suppliers, resulting in higher costs and inconsistencies with material. From a branding perspective, we were also having inconsistencies with our corporate colour through existing suppliers. We struggled to match it across different outputs so we needed a supplier who could achieve a consistent match for us.

The portal has enabled us to provide our regional head offices with a single source for their requirements from marketing collateral to operational forms. The user-friendly interface makes it simple for our regional teams to place orders. We were also able to substantially reduce delivery times to Western Australia and remote regions.
WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?
The Dashing portal has enabled us to standardise our collateral nationally, ensuring compliance and reducing costs. Our regional teams have found the portal simple to use and we have completely stamped out printing through other suppliers.
The team at Dashing made the migration from our old supplier smooth. We had limited room for error, given the massive amount of collateral, codes and artwork that needed to be migrated and the ongoing requirement for material within the business.
