Progressing with our Dashing Inspires, a series of exclusive networking events in Sydney and Melbourne, we partnered with Country Road to discuss Creativity through Sustainability in Retail Environments. The event was headlined by a panel discussion around the topic, with some of Australia’s most iconic brands contributing to the debate alongside our speakers Alicia Buffinton, Fabia Pryor, and Jason Tyrrell from Country Road, and our moderator, Daniel Hunt from Dashing. As Country Road Group is a reference in sustainability, we explored their stores’ design, green concepts, and the challenges faced to obtain their 5-star Green Star Rating status.
We brought the event to life with our expertise in industrial design and large format execution. Aligned with the theme, we produced a welcome sign, a backdrop wall, and round tables all made of re-board, 100% recyclable. We distributed recycled cotton tote bags with reusable water bottles, sustainable notepads, our sustainability infographic, and a look book with some green case studies to inspire our guests, also printed on eco-friendly stocks. It was amazing to have key people in the retail industry engaged in a conversation about change and innovation. We need to keep questioning ourselves: how can we minimise our impact and promote sustainability?
