HOW DOes donut king USE THE PORTAL?

We currently use the portal as a one-stop shop for nearly all of our franchise marketing needs.  This includes the hosting of POS, marketing forms, and customisation of relevant POS. The site is user-friendly and provides some flexibility with our franchisees allowing and assisting them to make decisions when it comes to their local area marketing campaigns. We also have stock of our National promotions available on there should they want to order and use these.

WHAT WASN’T WORKING?

Lack of functionality, out of date artwork, franchisees had to go through many different avenues to get any marketing collateral and this was quite time-consuming both for franchisees and Head Office staff.

HOW HAS THE PORTAL HELPED DONUT KING?

One stop shop and very user-friendly despite more functions being available to the franchisees. We have also been able to provide our Franchise Partners with more options.

WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME?

We encouraged more Local Area Marketing activity amongst our franchisee network by making it easy for them, decreasing the time a campaign gets to market and providing them with the option to customise as much as possible to their local store and customers.
