Australia Post aims to bring people together and create connections, constantly seeking better ways to enhance the customer experience. We partnered with the brand to help elevate this year’s Mother’s Day campaign with effective POS kits for their large network of stores. We worked on the project from design to production, having a kit that included eye-catching window decals and a dynamic 4-way POS dress-up with 3D features for the store staff to install easily.
Erin, Aus Post Marketing Manager, told us: “The Mother’s Day in-store execution enabled two key objectives – to create awareness of our Mother’s Day offer to foot traffic, and then once they were in-store to provide clear navigation to the gifting areas to help drive conversion. Dashing did a great job, ensuring creative was consistent across all assets; the simplicity in execution was a strength of the campaign as it allowed retail team members to install items themselves. A great outcome, with positive feedback from customers and our team alike!”.
