Dashing had the opportunity to design, produce and install Dr. Martens Unpolished 3.0 campaign, fusing the past and present by bringing to life the yellow thread synonymous with its ICONS; the 1460, the 1461, the 2976, and Jadon

We called out the ICONS with shoe table rises, accompanied by show cards, creating a narrative around the journey of the shoes and the wearer. Elements of the activation include window decals, lightbox fabrics and our favourite, the oversized eye-catching 3D thread.

Finished in Dr. Martens yellow, the twists and turns of the 3D-printed stitch thread were intricately made to envelope the printed 2D model hanging from the ceiling grid, wearing one of their ICONS, the 1461.
The design of the campaign was customised to suit the different sizes and configurations of their retail stores.
