Dashing partnered with LSKD to transform their Pacific Fair Flagship launch into an immersive space – by elevating their in-store experience in order to inspire, support and connect with customers to ‘Get 1% Better Everyday’.
Discovery and Insights
Dashing conducted a thorough Store Audit and Competitor Analysis, gaining deep insights into LSKD’s customer journey. Three key insights emerged: expanding the brand story, capturing adventure and community spirit, and introducing gender-neutral elements.
Creative Strategy
The key insights formed the basis of our Creative Strategy to provide an elevated, engaging and cohesive experience across all touchpoints through the following considerations:
1. Masterbrand Brand Elevation
Inspired by LSKD’s brand mark, we utilised sharp angular crops as a feature across in-store displays and signage – conveying the dynamic movement and energy of the brand.
2. Active Community
We created areas for customers to engage with people and products, fostering a sense of community and adventure, from the leggings table to the luxe change room waiting area.
3. Inclusive Forms and Finishes
We introduced more natural finishes like greenery, stone textures, and warm wood veneers to balance the existing industrial look. This created a more gender-neutral environment with soft, tactile elements and natural palettes.
Flagship Store Design
The implementation of the strategy was meticulously planned across all key touchpoints in the customer journey:
Entry Moment: Modular displays and 360° shoppable moments at the entry point enhanced first impressions.
At-Shelf Experience: Educational displays and flexible solutions improved product engagement.
Leggings & Bra Display: Interactive touchpoints and clear messaging encouraging product exploration.
Change Rooms: Stylishly designed with softer, neutral finishes, providing a comfortable and immersive experience.
Counter Area: Community-focused with elevated accessories display, and a water station to reinforce the community vibe.

The flagship store showcases LSKD’s products whilst reinforcing its brand narrative of continuous improvement and community spirit. This approach resonates deeply with customers, fostering an immersive in-store experience that inspires their community.
