We rolled out the DashingX Portal, specifically designed to bridge the gap between Support Office strategy and Store-level execution, tailored to OPSM’s needs.
 
Phase 1: The VM Portal (Store Autonomy):
We built a store-facing interface where managers only see promotions relevant to their specific location. This eliminated “noise” and allowed stores to see collateral variations tailored to their unique floor plans.
 
Phase 2: Campaign Builder (The Support Office Engine):
Replacing the spreadsheet, this tool allows the Support Office to input distributions directly. It acts as a central hub where creative briefs are sent, assets are uploaded, and quotes are generated easily based on pre-structured pricing.
 
Phase 3 & 4: Closing the Loop (POD):
To ensure the “Last Mile” of the campaign is successful, we integrated the Proof of Delivery (POD) feature, tracking every pack in real-time.
