Rebel Sport launched its refreshed Active loyalty program, allowing members to earn points, access exclusive offers and enjoy VIP experiences. Dashing worked with their team to review customers’ paths to purchase, aiming to elevate the VM experience by effectively communicating the benefits of the membership and encouraging people to sign up.

Our team analysed the core touch points at selected RCX stores and reviewed the existing messaging. In collaboration with Rebel, we then broke down the customer journey into three main phases: transition, impulse and destination, mapping out the messaging hierarchy for each stage of the journey. Lastly, we fine-tuned the visual elements in-store, including master brand assets and specific campaign visuals.

To bring the creative strategy to life, we produced eye-catching windows, energy zones and in-store POS elements. The pink on the rewards artwork brings an energetic and vibrant hue, combined with the brand yellow on the token asset and lifestyle imagery to reinforce the emotive ‘Be active, get rewarded’.
